Pecorino ist ein Käse Pecorino Der Pecorino ist ein Hartkäse aus Schafsmilch. Bei der Herstellung von Pecorino verbleiben von der Milch über 70 Prozent Molke. Die Molke des Pecorinos ist die Hauptgrundlage zur Herstellung von Ricotta. |
