Hi, ich habe ein wunderbares Weizenvollkornbrot gebacken, es ist auch alles in Ordnung damit, allerdings ist es innerhalb weniger Minuten im Ofen unten aufgeplatzt. Das ist zwar nicht schlimm, aber ohne aufgeplatzt würde es mir besser gefallen. Weiss jemand warum sowas passiert.
