Bärlauch Schafskäseaufstrich Zutaten 3 EL Bärlauch, fein gehackt 200 g Schafskäse, zerbröseln 2 EL Olivenöl 1 TL Zitronensaft evtl. etwas Meersalz. Alle Zutaten zu einem Aufstrich verrühren. LG Regina |
