Corned Beef Hash: 2lbs of potatoes 1 large onion 1lb carrots 1 tin marrowfat peas 1lb tin of corned beef 2 pints of beef stock method: peel and chop potatoes, carrots and onion. cook in beef stock till soft. When cooked add the corned beef(cubed) and the tin of marrowfat peas. Reduce the heat and simmer very gently (careful because the corned beef burns quick). Thicken the stock .Serve with crusty bread and pickled beetroot Happy cooking Helen |
